    1. Ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m h\u1eefu c\u01a1<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    EU Organic Regulations<\/mark><\/a><\/strong>: Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n h\u1eefu c\u01a1 SRS<\/mark><\/a> has been recognised by the EU Commission for offering certification equivalent to the EU organic regulations (Regulation (EC) No 834\/2007 and its implementation rules Regulation (EC) No 889\/2008). We offer this service in all countries listed in R<\/a>egulation (EU) No 2021\/2325<\/a><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As of January 2025, only Regulation (EU) 2018\/848<\/a><\/strong> will be applicable for third countries. We offer this service in all countries listed in Regulation<\/mark><\/a><\/mark> (EU) <\/a>No<\/a> 2024\/2794<\/a>. See the linked table<\/a> for products listed in Annex 1 of Regulation (EU) 2018\/848, for which we accept applications for certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our equivalent Ti\u00eau chu\u1ea9n h\u1eefu c\u01a1 SRS<\/mark><\/a> continues to be valid until the end of 2025 for exporters from China and Taiwan to Great Britain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Certification involves an annual inspection of your organic operation sites, including subcontractors and possible sample taking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you are a manufacturer of agricultural inputs, such as fertilisers, soil amendments, plant protection substances, etc., SRS may review the description of your input and its processing protocol, inspect your operation and verify your products as suitable \u201cfor use in organic agriculture\u201d, i.e. they are suitable for farms in compliance with the standards you require: Regulation (EU) 2018\/848, NOP Rule (National Organic Program) and\/or Organic JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
