Martina Melapie (Dr. agr.)
After successfully completing a degree in tropical/subtropical agronomy at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, Czech Republic, Martina went on to graduate studies in international organic agriculture at the University of Kassel, Germany, giving her a broad background in many forms of agriculture. During her doctoral studies, she focused on nutrient use efficiency in urban gardening of West African cities and later joined the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences of the University of Kassel, where she worked as research assistant and project coordinator for 5 years. She then joined a certification body, where she was mainly involved in organic certification of Chinese operations according to different standards and contributed to the coordination of the working group. Since co-founding SRS in 2017, she has been in charge of the Certification Department, and is now Managing Director, Certification Commitee, Head of Operation Dept, Inspector and Regional Coordinator.
Alexandra zum Felde (Dr. agr.)
After studying environmental biology and organic agriculture at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Alexandra specialised in biological pest control during her graduate studies at the University of Bonn in Germany. She has a very broad background in tropical and organic agriculture. She later worked as plantain agronomist at IITA in Nigeria, as lecturer and research assistant at the Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences, University of Kassel and most recently as a freelance agricultural consultant, editor, reviewer and translator. At SRS she works in Quality Management, Competence Management, as Program Manager GLOBALG.A.P and Regional Coordinator.
Regina Ordowski (Dipl.-Ing. agr.)
During her agronomy studies at the University of Hohenheim, Germany, Regina participated in government-supported research that took her to China for the first time. She was then involved in further research projects and inspection jobs in a number of countries, in the global North and South. When she later joined a large certification body, she was one of the first to implement international organic standard certification for Chinese producers. She has since worked as certifier, trainer, standard manager and coordinator for several organic and sustainability standards, before co-founding SRS in 2017. She functions as Global Training Manager and Assistant to Chairman.
Karin Hellige
With a wealth of experience in administrating and managing tasks with regard to the services offered by certification bodies, she gained over 15 years working as administrative officer in General Department. In 2017 she co-founded SRS and is now Head of Administration Dept, Human Resources and assists the IT Dept.
Eilika Wülfing (Dipl.-Biol.)
Eilika studied microbiology at the University of Göttingen and gained international work experience during two years on a virology research scholarship at the University College Dublin. She then returned to Göttingen to work as a lab technician in a phytopathology working group, before spending two years in Ukraine involved in voluntary community service projects, working with youth and on regional history. Currently, she is strengthening the Certification Department as Senior Certification Officer and Regional Coordinator.
Jessica N. Andriamparany (Dr.agr.)
After studying plant biology and ecology at the University of Antananarivo, Madagascar, Jessica pursued her education in Germany and graduated in international organic agriculture at the University of Kassel. During her doctoral studies, she conducted interdisciplinary research on the use and cultivation of crops and wild plants in southern Madagascar. After receiving her doctorate, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the universities of Kassel & Göttingen, focusing on organic agriculture and sustainable land use management, then on international project management and crop monitoring technologies, before joining SRS, where she works as Certification Officer in the Certification Department, Regional Coordinator and Program Manager for NOP.
Ana Zulay Guido-Mora (ThS. NN)
Ana Zulay Guido Mora is a Certification Officer and Program Manager for JAS at SRS Certification in Germany. She holds a degree in Agronomy from the University of Costa Rica, which provided her with a strong foundation in tropical agriculture and rural development. She later completed a double Master’s degree in Sustainable International Agriculture from the University of Talca (Chile) and the University of Göttingen (Germany). During her time in Germany, she developed a growing interest in organic agriculture through her work with organic producers and suppliers.
Mohamad Al-Heshan (Kỹ sư nông nghiệp chuyên nghiệp)
Sau khi hoàn thành chương trình học về Khoa học Nông nghiệp và Làm vườn tại Đại học Damascus, Mohamad tiếp tục con đường sự nghiệp của mình tại Đức, nơi ông đã đảm nhiệm nhiều vị trí khác nhau trong lĩnh vực quản lý chất lượng và hậu cần thực phẩm. Ở các vai trò như Chuyên gia Chất lượng tại SanLucar Deutschland và Trưởng nhóm tại REWE Group Logistics, ông đã tích lũy được kinh nghiệm sâu rộng về các hệ thống chứng nhận hữu cơ, các tiêu chuẩn QS và các quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng. Dựa trên chuyên môn về HACCP, các quy định của Liên minh Châu Âu và các chương trình chứng nhận bao gồm Bio và Regionalfenster, ông hiện đang đóng góp cho bộ phận chứng nhận của SRS với tư cách là Cán bộ Chứng nhận.
Abhay Shinde (Cử nhân Nông nghiệp)
Abhay Shinde là Cán bộ Chứng nhận tại SRS Certification ở Đức, ban đầu đến từ Ấn Độ. Ông có bằng Cử nhân Nông nghiệp và có kinh nghiệm chuyên môn với tư cách là thanh tra hữu cơ theo các quy định hữu cơ NPOP, NOP và EU. Hiện tại ông đang theo học Thạc sĩ Nông nghiệp Hữu cơ tại Đại học Hohenheim, Đức. Song song với công việc học tập, ông còn đóng góp cho Naturland với vai trò hỗ trợ nhóm cho Ủy ban Chứng nhận, củng cố hiểu biết của mình về các quy trình xem xét và ra quyết định chứng nhận. Ông đã tham dự một số khóa đào tạo về nông nghiệp hữu cơ và chứng nhận, đồng thời phát triển chuyên môn vững chắc về hệ thống chứng nhận nhóm ICS và chứng nhận đơn vị chế biến.
Jaime Ricardo Picado Aragon (MBA)
Jaime Ricardo Picado là Cán bộ Chứng nhận, chuyên về chứng nhận nhóm tại Ấn Độ. Ông có hơn 15 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm toán các chương trình hữu cơ và bền vững, và trước đây từng làm Quản lý Chất lượng và Quản lý Chương trình Rainforest Alliance tại một tổ chức chứng nhận, cũng như tư vấn viên cho FAO và Enveritas. Ông cũng hỗ trợ các cuộc kiểm toán nội bộ và các sáng kiến chất lượng tại SRS.
Julieta L. Lázzari (Kỹ sư Nông nghiệp)
Julieta L.Lazzari là Cán bộ Chứng nhận tại SRS với hơn bảy năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn về chứng nhận hữu cơ. Bà có bằng Kỹ sư Nông nghiệp từ Đại học Quốc gia Rosario, Argentina, bằng Diploma về văn hóa Trung Quốc từ Đại học Quốc gia Córdoba và bằng Thạc sĩ (đang học) về Quản lý và Chính sách An ninh Lương thực.
Shuta Kurokawa (Thạc sĩ Nông nghiệp)
Shuta đã hoàn thành bằng Thạc sĩ về Bảo vệ cây trồng tại Đại học Göttingen, nơi ông nghiên cứu về kiểm soát dịch hại sinh học, thuốc trừ sâu, virus học và các môn liên quan. Trong thời gian thực tập, ông đã làm việc tại các trang trại hữu cơ ở Đức và Vương quốc Anh cũng như tại một viện nghiên cứu ở Đức. Tại SRS, ông chịu trách nhiệm về quản lý JAS.
Tetiana Koshyk (Nhà hóa phân tích)
Tetiana Koshyk có bằng Cử nhân Hóa phân tích từ Đại học Quốc gia Kyiv mang tên Taras Shevchenko. Bà có kinh nghiệm sâu rộng trong lĩnh vực kiểm soát chất lượng và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, từng làm việc với các công ty hàng đầu quốc tế và trong nước, bao gồm Coca-Cola, Mondelez International và Epicentr.
Trong suốt sự nghiệp của mình, cô ấy đã phụ trách các quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng, tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp lý, điều phối các thử nghiệm trong phòng thí nghiệm, và triển khai, duy trì hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.
Trong vai trò hiện tại tại SRS, Tetiana chịu trách nhiệm cấp và quản lý Giấy chứng nhận Giao dịch (TC) và quản lý, xem xét các quy trình thử nghiệm.
